Integrated EL Civics Program- Educational services that enable adults who are English Language Learners (ELLs) to achieve competency in the English language and acquire the basic and more advanced skills needed to function effectively as parents, workers, and citizens in the United States and Instruction in literacy and English language acquisition and instruction on the rights and responsibilities of citizenship and civic participation. All subjects (Math, Social Studies, Language, Reading) pertaining to the TxCHSE Test are taught in one class. Our program is designed for native and non-native speakers who want to improve their language skills and gain core academic skills needed to obtain a HSE. TxCHSE - The Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency (TxCHSE) Test is offered to members in our community. ESL - In an English as a Second Language (ESL) class, students are taught reading, listening, speaking and writing at three levels Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced.
